Se acerca la 96° edición de los Premios Oscar y ya la Academia de las Ciencias y las Artes Cinematográficas de Hollywood reveló a los nominados del 2024. Los encargados de decir el nombre de los candidatos que formarán parte de las diferentes categorías fueron la actriz alemana Zazie Beetz y el actor estadounidense Jack Quaid.

Cabe destacar que las películas con más denominaciones son Oppenheimer, de Christopher Nolan (13 nominaciones), Pobres criaturas, de Yorgos Lanthimos (11),  Los asesinos de la luna, de Martin Scorsese (10) y Barbie, de Greta Gerwig (8).

Por su parte, la película de Juan Antonio Bayona “La sociedad de la nieve” ha recibido dos denominaciones Mejor película internacional y Mejor maquillaje y peluquería. Sin embargo, los ganadores los conoceremos el próximo 10 de marzo en el teatro Dolby de Los Ángeles.
